My previous manicure was amazing. I’ve decided to book again and today’s experience was just awful. I wish I could attach picture. The edges and sides of my nails looks disgusting-like the gel polish shrinked under the lamp. Unpainted. Cuticles cut and bled. Now they are really sore. My appointment was first in the morning. My therapist was running late and in the end I had to open the door and let her in to the salon. I will never come back here.

Great place. Chose it at random when I needed a wax and had an hour to spare - was able to book and attend within the hour and it was clean, efficient and pleasant experience. Manpreet was great.

The massage was fantastic.The room was warm and the therapist was brilliant.
