Kay was absolutely lovely. Gd chat & she really took the time to listen to my ideas, check I was happy & help create my vision! They didn’t have the colour I wanted though sadly. Happy w/the mani overall (although I was a bit sore after the removal!)

The downstairs area is not fully clean, found an eye lash extension on the massage table and had to ask for fresh paper towels to cover it. The staff was friendly but the masseuse’ finger nails were too long as they scratched my skin.
