I'm sorry, but this was not a nice experience. The waxing really hurt compared to other places I have been. I was also burned by the wax. The appointment was quite awkward and felt rushed. After the appointment I was red and sore which has not happened other times.

Carmen is amazing! My last manicurist (not in London) painted on my gel nails very thick and Carmen was very patient in removing everything even though it was took a lot longer than normal. She does a great job of removing all the dead skin from the cuticles and even free-handed my floral nails design based on a photo I had shown her.
