The wax itself was fine, as lycon is generally closest thing to pain free, however the staff was questionable. I got asked the same three questions twice during my 10min wax..like it shouldn't be hard to listen to your client in front of you. Then when I left, I got a call 10mins after asking where I was, and I said that I had already gone in for the wax - they thought I was late and wondering where I was...?? So that seemed really disorganised. The renovations they are about to do though looks good - just get your staff to be a bit more attentive.

Great tan and great staff - really friendly and welcoming. Overall tan colour was lovely, feet were a bit too dark in comparison to other areas but overall a lovely tan and Kay was amazing!!
