The staff were lovely and accommodating of my hooves and claws. Haven't been to the Shoreditch parlour but the Hackney location is small and sparse (in a nice way).
The Mani/Pedi was very efficient and well executed, they asked me how I wanted the treatments and we explained to me the options I could have.
Came out feeling really relaxed and happy.

First time having bio nails done. Had a nice chat about the details of the procedure it self and everything else under the sun! Lovely personable service. The procedure seemed well executed and I am hoping it will prove to be effective in not damaging my natural nails. I will definitely be going back
