This was my 3rd time at the salon but I wasn't as happy as the first two. The removal was rough - she didn't wait long enough for the acetone to soak my nails and ended up removing the gel using the nail file. The shape of the nails wasn't as expected but when my therapist asked if I wa shappy with the result, she couldn't change them any longer (they were ready way too short for my taste). Filing and buffing was messy and the therapist left the dirt lying around while she was doing my nails. Dirt got into my gel. The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because the previous time the service was better so this might just have been an unfortunate incidence
