It was my first visit to Treatwell and I was treated with great service from the therapist she was honest and polite and she did actually tell me about what I needed to know that was about my eyebrows. As I did not actually have any. After my second appointment with my therapist I feel much better with my self.

Preya therapist found her a bit rough quite rude in fact, and I didn't like the way in which I was being told what treatment was really the better one from threading to waxing eyebrows. I have had waxing before and the way my eyebrows come out was ok but I should not have to point out to the therapist pieces that have been missed and then ti be told she could only thread those areas. This visit was not great, I'm usually quite happy to vo to Guys and Dolls but will be sticking will Shimol next visit.
