The room wasn’t clean, dusty in many places and even had bits of dry blue wax on the walls where it had flicked off people onto the wall. The therapist seemed to do the waxing extremely quickly and wasn’t thorough at all. It left me with patches of hair on my back that had been missed. The wax itself never seemed hot enough, it seemed thick and clumpy, almost gritty and as a result didn’t spread well and I believe made the process much tougher on my skin than it need be, leaving me looking like a plucked chicken. When I got home as well as the areas which had been missed I found I had dried clumps if wax left all over my back that had been left. The first time I visited here for this treatment I had a different member of staff who was the opposite she made sure the wax was the right temperature and took her time and the whole back was left perfectly smooth and was nowhere near as sore as with this member of staff. I had this member of staff on my second visit and thought perhaps it was like this because it was a busy day that day but to have the same again means I just won’t go there again
