The gel manicure was not terrible, not great. This one lasted for 4-5 days before the first nail chipped off. The cuticles were treated dry which was odd, every manicure I've ever had was with the fingers soaked in water and then the cuticles were cut off. The equipment definitely wasn't squeaky clean, I did notice some residue from the previous customer! Eyebrows, although painful (should threading be this painful?), quite good! Very polite staff, maybe they are lacking a bit in technique!
