It’s quite clear that she wasn’t actually a nail artist. I showed her plenty of different styles I wanted and she couldn’t do any of them, I ended up asking for swirly abstract lines and honestly it looks like my 10 year old niece could have done it. It took nearly two hours and I nearly missed a physio appointment because it took so long! The manicure itself was good, filed into a nice shape. I’d come back here again for a basic manicure but paying £44 for poor nail art was a rip off

Extremely pleased with the service I received. I was initially very anxious doing a brow lamination having never done my eyebrows before, but Irina was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She listened to me and did exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She was very gentle with the entire process and I was very comfortable. Very nice calm atmosphere here. Will be returning soon and highly recommend 🧡🥰
