Irina was amazing! I hadn’t had sugaring in a while so was a bit apprehensive and she was really nice, made me feel at ease, super quick and very good service overall!

The space was small, but comfortable, and easy to find. However, I was really put off by the fact that I was misgendered repeatedly at the start. The wax itself was more painful than other Lycon waxes I've had, even after a bit of time between. I found clumps of wax stuck to me, and a missed patch that I didn't notice until I got home (would have been hard to tell without a mirror available to have a look). Not a great experience, won't return.

I was so disappointed. The lady barely said hello, didn't try to make me feel comfortable or even ask what I wanted. She just waxed away. I tried to start a conversation about it but she shut me up, telling me she knew how to do her job. The session was only about 5 minutes, clearly she was in a hurry and she spent the entire time chatting to her colleague about finances, which probably should have beena private conversation. At least my eyebrows look ok... but the experience really just sucked.
