Very direct approach when first arrived. Beautician seemed frustrated & terse when I asked about my voicemail late arrival (8 mins in traffic). I was told I couldn’t have a luxury pedicure (paid for) & only an express was now available. When asked to be refunded for the price difference I was told to deal with it online through treatwell.
Industrial style bucket for feet with kettle to pour in hot water isn’t a £45 service. My nails weren’t dry when told to put sock on.
