Very direct approach when first arrived. Beautician seemed frustrated & terse when I asked about my voicemail late arrival (8 mins in traffic). I was told I couldn’t have a luxury pedicure (paid for) & only an express was now available. When asked to be refunded for the price difference I was told to deal with it online through treatwell.
Industrial style bucket for feet with kettle to pour in hot water isn’t a £45 service. My nails weren’t dry when told to put sock on.

Priya was really thorough and efficient and explained everything as we went along. I've tried waxes at several places (Brazilian, full leg and underarm) and this is the best and quickest so far. Will definitely be rebooking here!
