Used to be a regular here, but moved overseas for a few years. I'm now back in Croydon and this time round, found the salon to be rather strange.
No one offered to take my jacket, or to return it, and no one offered me a drink. The stylist wasn't chatty, which isn't a problem, but she didn't introduce herself, or offer up any basic pleasantries. No styling products, or heat protection spray were used for the blow-dry.
No complaints about the cut, but being here made me feel invisible.
