The whole experice lasted 20mins for £60. My hair was washed very quickly and then the girl cut my hair for literally 5 mins. Straight cut with no alterations or even didn't ask me if I am happy with the decided lenght. Then the 'blow-dry' as it was included in the price. The girl just dried my hair and there was no blow-dry what so ever! She barely got the brush to brush my hair at the end - there was no volume, she didn't apply any other materials to style my final hairstyle etc. Very poor ex
