Tried this place as my usual hairdresser wasn't free before xmas. My armpit length hair is usually considered medium, but I was charged extra £10 bc hairdresser said my hair is 'technically long bc of curls(I have straight asian hair). He barely engaged with me & had the audacity to only ask my name mid cut cuz he was busy chatting with colleagues about NYE party plans in Amsterdam. Asked for layers, looked like nothing was done. Asked for a blowout/volume at the crown,he just lazily teased it

Stylist didn't really follow instructions, one side was longer than the other, the blow dry was frizzy at best and lacked any real style. Not what one would expect at all
