Thought Serena was great and she did a good job, however, my appointment rang on longer than expected because she was finishing off a client before she began my hair so she had no break, and she had another client in between.

I love Gusto hairdressers and have always had great cuts and colour here - Michael was exceptional though in his attention to detail, knowledge and skill, and most generous. I can honestly say no one has cut my hair with such care and professionalism. I love this new Wigmore Street venue it is such a beautiful London street. I look forward to coming back in future. Thank you Michael/Gusto.
