No one was wearing a face mask, when blow drying my hair no heat protectant was use or cream. Although the blow dry was okay, my hair feels thin and easily breakable. It doesn’t feel as thick as usual and feels like my hair has been thinned out. Receptionist only put on her face mask when I went to pay. They were more interested in the football/ getting tickets for it then the blow dry and often stopped doing my hair to have a chat

My appointment was not with person I asked for... there was a mistake ! 2 of us booked at same time with Micheal
Anyway the bad service was from the secretary that she called me 15 minutes before of my appointment ... she sayd that unfortunately I couldn’t have my hair with Michel but if I want I can have another or rebook the appointment!
I was almost there and I cannot reschedule it
So I decide to go anyway...
Serena did my hair which was very good !!
But customer service not good enough!
