I had booked and paid in advance for full head of highlights - and then was sent to 3 separate salons for my patch test consultation and then the dyeing- i was then cancelled on as i arrived at the Oxford street salon with no warning and had to reschedule. When I eventually got to have my hair done I wasn’t consulted about how much extra I would be paying and then spent £80 in total when I was only supposed to be paying £54.

This place was a bit shabby (e.g., the bathroom is not very clean). The haircut I asked for was a simple trim, but when the stylist held up the mirror and said "look how straight that edge is" it simply was not straight; also, she forgot one of the treatments I booked. The stylist was friendly though. So overall it was not a terrible experience, but it also wasn't.. great. I think there are enough better salons in London that I won't come back.
