The overall experience is great. The only thing is that everyone outside can see you clearly when they are washing your hair. That area should be covered to allow our privacy for clients.

My stylist was so knowledgeable and expert. I went quite a good bit shorter and she really guided the process by giving very expert advice. Definitely recommend this salon and for London the prices are great!
