After reading positive online reviews I chose to book a haircut with Joseph.
When I arrived at the salon I was told by Joseph, who seemed bit annoyed, that he wanted wanted to have lunch (bare in mind this is 4pm). He told me Serena was to cut my hair.
Serena seemed nice but uninterested. Even at the end of the haircut whilst showing me the back of my hair, did she abruptly stop to do something else by the desk.
The overall experience was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I would not go back.

Heading to present at a conference in Edinburgh, I wanted a blow dry that would last a couple of days, surviving travel so I could present looking my best. Serena did such a great job that I went back for a second visit before leaving the UK, on a return trip to London. Thank you! I will be back.
