the bleach seeped through the cape and my top and onto my skin, i also received copper highlights after asking for a mushroom tone which another hairstylist managed to get in half the time the staff all seemed as though they couldn’t be bothered to have me there as well

Got my hair burnt witch bleach. When I pointed it out the hairdresser refused to finish my blow dry. Her colleague was kind enough to finish it for her. Definitely do not recommend
