I was really disappointed. I asked for Ashy blonde and it came out really yellowy and fake looking. The stylist also didn’t pull the highlights all the way through the length of my hair which left a banded effect when it was dried and the whole thing looks really poorly blended.
I also left with my hair feeling dry and not smooth and didn’t feel like I’d been at the salon. The whole appointment felt rushed and the stylist was running behind so I wonder if this was a factor.
