I received a good cut BUT I didn't get 'Luxury Mask Conditioning Treatment' that I paid for.The the stylist washed my hair and the water went over my face and down my neck which soaked my top. The heat from the dryer was too hot-it burnt my head.The salon is small but it had 6 chairs, 2 sinks and lots of staff, making it very busy.When the small area behind the chairs became blocked staff had to keep moving the stylist's trolley to get through.There's a dodgy ramp by the door-I nearly fell.

Although the salon is small, the staff are kind and attentive making treatments at the discounted price worth it. Full price it is similar cost wise to ‘nicer’ salons with better comforts/better experience (not cramped, better refreshments etc)…
