Extremely unpleasant experience! Will never come here again! Had initially booked with Joseph but was passed onto Aurelio instead. She was rude; insisted that my hair is EXTRA LONG & to pay extra £11. I said as per treatwell description, my hair isn’t extra long as it wasn’t longer than my shoulder blade/ to the waist. But she persisted it’s not and even said treatwell info is wrong. I refused to stay & wanted a refund for my prepayment. Joseph corrected Aurelio & passed me to Leo to do my hair.

Rude and unprofessional. I walked away. During the consultation Joseph denied to cut my hair as per my request. Also when I arrived they came to me saying that the price I paid was wrong and that my hair was to be considered extra-long (even though the T&C say that long hair is below shoulder and extra long hair is at the hip level). They then added that to blow dry it would be £55 total and that the offer of “treatment, cut and blow dry” that I previously paid for didn’t include the blow dry
