Had a slightly frustrating experience as I’d specifically booked with the hairdresser I had wanted, but was passed onto another without prior notice. In any case my stylist Anita did a great job, amazing blowdry :)
Again, slightly frustrated as I was expecting to pay the surcharge for very long hair (I noticed after booking that I fit this category) but was charged an extra £10 when the app lists a £7 difference and I was quoted £7 on the phone.

Andre kindly texted and recommended Melania for me. I had a lovely chat to Andre’s mum who was brilliant; she made me feel very welcomed and apologised for not getting the stylist that I booked for- Joesph. As a lucky swap, I had Melania!! She was bubbly, friendly, chatty & very empathetic. She knew exactly what I needed- a person with hair recovering from chemo. I LOVED how she cut and styled my hair, which was chic and voluminous. Muchas Gracias, Melania!!
