Melania has saved my hair! The best haircut I’ve had in London by far. She used my reference picture but also took into account my natural hair type, thickness, and that I was growing my fringe out, cutting a look inspired by my picture and that suits me. Very very happy- thank you!

The male hairstylist refused to give me the haircut I asked for. He also wanted to take off more length than I wanted, and showed up 10 minutes late. I had to wait for another hairstylist to become available, she did a good job in the end but it was a weird experience.
