Rude and unprofessional. I walked away. During the consultation Joseph denied to cut my hair as per my request. Also when I arrived they came to me saying that the price I paid was wrong and that my hair was to be considered extra-long (even though the T&C say that long hair is below shoulder and extra long hair is at the hip level). They then added that to blow dry it would be £55 total and that the offer of “treatment, cut and blow dry” that I previously paid for didn’t include the blow dry

the worst haircut i have ever received in my life. Asked for it be left long and with shaping around the face. I’ve been left with a chunk of hair on one side of my face and uneven length. With so much cut off. Would recommend a five year old over this place.
