The haircut was fine but the overall experience wasn’t good. Walked in and a woman sat outside smoking a cigarette looked me up and down with a disgusted look on her face… this was my hairdresser. Breathed cigarette breathe all over me, answered her personal phone 6/7 times whilst cutting my hair so either not concentrating or standing outside the shop to talk to friends. I was not offered a single beverage and I did not receive the conditioning treatment mask I paid for.

The cut and blow-dry were great and what I asked for - however, the customer service was poor. The woman who did my hair snapped at me several times and was rude, and the other hairdressers turned their head several times to me when I would speak to explain what I wanted from my cut. She was also aggressive, brushing my hair I thought she was peeling off my scalp. She washed my hair so aggressively one of my earrings came off. Overall, happy with the hair but I will not be coming back.

Joseph is an incredible stylist with a real talent for delivering what the client wants. It’s the first time i walked out of a hairdresser’s thinking my haircut is nothing short of perfect and exactly how i wanted it.
