It was my first time here and I’m so glad Joseph was available on the date I chose to go in. He made me feel instantly comfortable and I knew I was in safe hands. We had a detailed discussion about the haircut I wanted and how it would work with my hair type. I showed him a few pictures for inspiration and he went above my expectations. I’m really happy with how it turned out and will be going back in the future. Joseph is extremely experienced and just genuinely a lovely person to chat to :)
