It felt very rushed. I wanted more off the length and having asked for a tiny bit more off once I felt I couldn’t ask again as the hairdresser felt rushed.

The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming but my stylist was friendly. Although I’m afraid he didn’t listen to me and cut my hair shorter than I would have liked. On the plus side it’s very healthy!
