Terrible. I had highlights and it came out ginger so they said I needed to pay extra for toner (which I don’t usually need). I had a deal inclusive of cut, blow dry and treatment. I asked if I could replace ALL those services with toner. They said no (even the stylist was surprised!) I had toner but hair is STILL ginger. I asked to return for another toner, and they gave me 2 slots only, both when I was working. No other times allowed. The correspondence just said ‘against policy’ repeatedly.

I am home now with a hair that feels too burnt, too dull and extreme yellow, nothing I asked for!!
The hairdresser Melania seems completely unfamiliar with the concept of consultation before start, she seemed extremly angry when I tried to communicate how I would like my color and highlight to turn out - I so wish I have had left at that point :((((
I can't look at the mirror, or touch my hair it feels so burnt and looks ugly in color.
