Oh my gosh, let me just say - Gusto Hair salon is WOW. I walked in there with some serious hair troubles and the staff just fixed me right up. And don't even get me started on their balayages - HOLY COW. They are out of this freaking world, I'm telling you. I felt like a whole new person after leaving there. Seriously, 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone. Get over there and get yourself some of that magic, ASAP.
I love my balayage, Alessandro did amazing with the color it was exactly what I asked for. So happy with the result and everyone there was super sweet too.
I hate to say it, but you get what you pay for. I got the £29 haircut to try and save money but wish I'd just spent a bit more to get a good service. I was in and out of the salon within 25 minutes, 5 of which was waiting to be seen. The whole apt seemed very rushed, from asking what I wanted to the hair cut itself. My hair was very wet so Serena kindly asked to dry it a bit - however she used full heat and no diffuser which is a big no no for anyone with curly hair! Salon seemed a bit dirty too
Neto was friendly but not very impressed with the cut. It was not what I asked for and is uneven at the front. The layers are nice but the front makes me want to cry.The salon was not very clean and just overall bad atmosphere. I would not recommend and was disappointed considering other reviews are good. I have been to Gusto’s branch in Covent Garden which is 1000x nicer, better stylists and friendlier. I will only ever go to the Covent Garden branch.
