I was warmly welcomed and proposed a drink (which I've never seen).
My hair looked great, however, Melania was speedy (not the place to go if you're looking for pampering).
Unprofessional staff: Melania asked her colleague to wash her hair while a customer was waiting for her hair to be washed...the asked colleague advised she had a customer but Melania insisted it won't take long so the asked colleague washed her hair instead of taking care of her customer.

Haven't been here for a haircut before but the reviews were positive. I felt that the new stylist wasn't that attentive during the process (although she was very chatty and friendly!) and spent more time blow-drying/styling than cutting. It looked okay leaving the salon - not wow - but now I can notice some unevenness and strange shape. I've booked another haircut with my regular stylist to get the outcome I wanted. Sadly, I wouldn't come back/recommend.

Sara is the best in brunch, you can tell she was born with scissors, not only she cut my hair exactly as i wanted but i watched her job while her colleague dyed my roots other day and she did great job on other clients too. Definitely book her! Beata
