Time to time I make bookings at Gusto. Overal its a nice salon (oxford st), atmosphere is good. However lesson learned - to choose stylist is a must. Last experience was quiet unplesant - haidresser late, no applogies, harsh with metal brush while blowdrying, did what he did without paying attention to details at all.
P.s. Feel sorry for receptionist who has to handle constantly complaining collegue.
