I went for a Brazilian keratin and a haircut. Worst ever experience. The girl didn’t have a clue how to cut hair and I had to stop her half way through. The Brazilian treatment stung my head and I left there with red blotches (which I’ve never had the last 12 times I’ve had it done).

the haircut looked absolutely nothing like the picture I showed, the layers were very chunky and the hairdresser hardly looked at the picture that I used as a reference. I had to sit waiting for 30mins too
