Overall good experience. Stella was amazing, delivered what I asked for and would definitely recommended for haircuts!
However I did not get the warmest of welcomes into the salon initially with staff chatting amongst themselves and on their phones while I was waiting to be seen. I was pre-warned there would be an additional charge as I had ‘extra long’ hair but treatwell email said it was only extra £6 and I was charged £10.
