Neto was friendly but not very impressed with the cut. It was not what I asked for and is uneven at the front. The layers are nice but the front makes me want to cry.The salon was not very clean and just overall bad atmosphere. I would not recommend and was disappointed considering other reviews are good. I have been to Gusto’s branch in Covent Garden which is 1000x nicer, better stylists and friendlier. I will only ever go to the Covent Garden branch.
Melania was no drama and helped me get the cut I really wanted. I feel so happy with the service and style I got. It was a great first visit to the studio and I'm thrilled with the outcome
My hairdresser was hugely hungover and admitted this. The balayage was done poorly with big stripes. My hairdresser had a bad attitude - was silent for most of it and was openly talking about me with a colleague while I had a second round of toner that she reluctantly did after telling me she thought the initial results were fine. Price was daylight robbery - was charged an extra £15 I wasn't told about at the start while the actual cut took under a minute to do. Warning everyone I know to avoid
Cheap & cheerful. Would have been happy were it not for the fact that cut at front was uneven: 2 sections missed (left long), which I had to fix! Should have checked properly before rushing off.
