Haircut was good, but the salon space was pretty small and this meant it was not a very relaxing experience, it was noisy, hot and cramped. I got some discount for the service through TW, if I had paid full price I would be disappointed.

I prepaid and booked medium length hair as my hair is above my shoulders as per the info in the app. When I was leaving she charged me an extra £5 saying my hair was actually long. I should have said no but I was in a bit of a flap - it’s a shame it left a really sour taste as she was friendly and nice the whole appointment.
