I’ve been going to Gusto for years & always been so pleased with my hair cut but for the time i left really disappointed. My hair was really long and I’ve had so much cut off with really uneven layers. I can’t wear it straight because is so blunt :(

Very happy with my haircut and Lisa was lovely and helped me get the cut I was looking for. Reception lady was also lovely. It was very hot in there on a summer’s day. Only suggestion is please make clear on your ad what is the difference between long hair and very long hair, as I was a bit disappointed to be charged an extra £5 after I prepaid for my wash and cut.
