Hi. My experience was good. I reached 20 min early. So I asked receptionist if any one is free to do my hair. She was good and asked another stylist to do my hair. And she did it straight away. I was pleased I didn’t have to wait. The stylist was good too.

Had an incredible experience at Gusto Hair Oxford Street today! Lisa and the team made me feel so welcome and couldn't do enough, their friendly vibes and amazing hospitality made me feel like an absolute Queen. Lisa worked miracles with my hair and I couldn't be happier with it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she completely knocked it out of the park. Their WNt Shampoo is also incredible, my hair hasn't felt this good in a LONG time and it also smells divine!
