Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Such a mess if an experience. Didn’t even get the person I booked and I asked the person to take off my dead ends and I left still with some. I didn’t mind it being a lot shorter I just didn’t want. So unhappy

I am happy with the results but got charged again for the conditioning treatment which was supposed to be already included in my package. So ended up paying almost the same rate I had already prepaid again
