The haircut was done in 10 minutes - the hairdresser put zero effort or thought into the haircut. Do not recommend.

The colourist didn't speak to me once. She pulled on my hair very hard and when I said it hurt she carried on, two days later my head is still in a lot of pain. The woman at the front desk was rude to me and was extremely sarcastic and argumentative when I didn't understand a treatment. The colourist dyed my face and told me to 'put fresh milk' on it when I got home. Extremely unprofessional and poor service. The facilities were unclean with hair everywhere. I was upset by the way I was treated
