Absolutely amazing! It was my first time colouring my hair and Melania was extremely helpful! She matched the colour I wanted exactly to the photo I showed upon arrival. She always asked if I was comfortable and told me the steps she was taking whilst doing my hair. I have never loved my hair as much as I do now! She was also very lovely to talk to whilst doing my hair :)
Will definitely come again and book Melania!

Stylist was unfortunately late and used razor blades on my hair which I didn't ask for. I don't really think they understood what I asked for and thinned out my hair too much. My hair was also cut a lot shorter than I wanted.

Ladies' Full Head Colouring
I asked for a long layered haircut with a curtain face framing fringe. What I got was much shorter hair with an awful shape and finish.
My stylist was Leo and even though he was friendly, he just didn't do what I asked for. He also very strongly suggested the highlights and, misleadingly, assured me that they will be visible even after coloring my hair, which I did, and, needles to say, there is no sign of highlights. He also interrupted my haircut to attempt to other customers.Will not go back.
