The salon appeared to be overbooked, as I had to wait for 30 minutes before they could start my appointment. The people who were receiving me were very insincere and unwelcoming. However, despite the unpleasant beginning experience, Ramona was an exceptional employee. She was kind, polite, and very welcoming. She provided me with the best possible treatment, and her blow-dry skills were amazing. She is undoubtedly great at her job.
