Quite disorganised and everyone is very busy, the treatments feels very rushed.. and mine was particularly rushed as I was in between another client and his lunch break - the cut was ok but not exactly what i wanted

The 2nd visit in a row where the keratin product has not worked and my hair is still not straight. Maybe it’s a cheaper product as this didn’t happen all the other times I’ve gone to Gusto in the last 8 years, the stylists are experienced too so I don’t understand, won’t be going back
