Everyone was very friendly and the salon was understanding when I was running late. This was my first Brazilian Blowout so I didn't really know what to expect. Stella was great at walking through the process. However, after researching the treatment I received, I realized I likely got a regular Keratin treatment rather than specifically a Brazilian blowout. I would clarify with the salon ahead of time what you want because I thought I was getting a Brazilian Blowout specifically.

The salon is small and cramped. The experience felt very rushed, l all complete in 30minutes. Although the haircut is a good one it isn’t what I was looking for, very little consultation on wet hair only.
