Decent haircut and Romona knew what she was doing. the vibe of the place was off, the receptionist was stand offish and had an argument with another customer. I waited 25min for my scheduled appointment (was given 10% off for inconvenience). And there was a serious lack of cleanliness with hair all over the floor and in the chair with dye ip the walls and an unclean hair sink. Left covered in other people hair. the price of £40 for cut and blow dry explainable, however would not recommend.

Unfortunately the salon was running very late due to staff sickness but no one called to mention this so had to wait 1 hour 20 mins to start. Overall atmosphere was chaos and not a relaxing experience. Very difficult conversation with my stylist who couldn’t really grasp what I wanted so wasn’t confident I’d love the end result. Colour came out ok but cut wasn’t at all like the picture I’d shown or we had talk about - won’t be going back
