Really happy with my balayage and Malika was really nice and she did good job

On the whole, good experience. Lamia’s balayage is one of the best I’ve had at Gusto. The salon was clearly fully booked though and not enough staff which meant the treatment took a lot longer than normally/was expected. Major criticism was that I pre-paid but when I arrived was told there were further charges to be paid.
