Seham was very nice, quick and efficient. I was ready in 45minutes for a cut and blow dry with a treatment. She asked how I wanted my hair done and delivered just that, which was great. Unfortunately the salon did not have any warm water when I went in for my appointment, which made my wash uncomfortable.
