They always charge extra, I do understand for extra length but sorry for toner like it’s not already included in highlights. 30 extra pounds, so what is highlights then just the bleach, which doesn’t make sense to me as you have bleach option on website as well. It’s not the first time, do the actual prices on website so you won’t ruin the whole experience with charging extra.
